1. Money-back guarantee
Eligible shared web hosting and unlimited hosting plans advertised with a 30-day money-back guarantee may be refunded within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date, subject to the conditions below. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases on qualifying plans only.
2. Eligible services
Refunds may be considered for:
- First-time shared hosting plan purchases within the advertised guarantee window.
- First-time unlimited hosting plan purchases within the advertised guarantee window.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors verified by our accounts team.
3. Non-refundable items
The following are generally not refundable once provisioned:
- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals.
- SSL certificates, premium licenses, and third-party software.
- Setup fees, migration fees, and custom development work.
- Renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and repeat purchases after an initial refund.
- Services suspended or terminated for policy violations or abuse.
4. One refund per customer
Each customer account is limited to one money-back guarantee refund. Creating additional accounts to obtain repeated refunds is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
5. Technical issue validation
If you request a refund due to service quality or technical problems, our team may investigate whether the issue originates from HostCarbonX infrastructure or from third-party code, misconfiguration, or factors outside our control. Refunds are not guaranteed where the platform performed as described.
6. How to request a refund
Submit a request through your customer portal billing section or email admin@hostcarbonx.com with your order ID, registered email, service name, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7โ14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
